Dale memorial Park was established in 1960. It's located on 70 Acres of land with an additional 100 Acres which will be added in the near future.

Plot = size 96 inches long

Crypt = the depth 36 inches wide

The fees for the transfer and to get the deed in your name will be $695.00 and are included in the price. 

Once payment is received, we will submit a letter to Dale Memorail Park, to get everything transferred and they will issue a new deed. It could take 30-60 days for everything to be reissued but should be quicker than that. The Family Services Counselor will be the one dealing with the transfer.  I will be in contact with you throughout the entire process as everything progresses.  

For long distance sales arrangement, the family services counselor at Dale Memorial Cemetery would mail a Quick Claims Form to the Purchaser, who would complete the form and mail it back to the family services counselor at Dale Memorial Cemetery. The family services counselor would complete the transfer of deed of property and mail it back to the purchaser.  

Once the transfer has been completed you will receive a package including the deed and all required paperwork. 

The full process to transfer ownership may take a few weeks but I will be in contact throughout the entire process.
