Believed to be first Edition and signed Christmas 1897, extremely rare, there are few copies of the 1904 but not for sale, at time of writing there are no copies of this edition. The capital A on the front blank page suggests one of the earliest publications of this uncommon book.

A charming copy of this novel by Sarah Tytler (HENRIETTA KEDDIE), containing a story set at sea, following the story of a girls upbringing on board of her father's ship.

It’s a rare find but in excellent condition with strong binds and usual yellowing and spotting. Front boards are a little bruised from shelving marks but the book is in great shape.
