This auction is for a MISPERFORATED Mint Never Hinged Plate Number Coil strip of 5 of the 21c Railroad Mail Car, precanceled "PRESORTED FIRST-CLASS", Plate #1 from the 3rd Transportation Coil series. 

It is misperforated to the left by 7mm.

The strip is in excellent condition---the gum is immaculate with no skips or fingerprints. The above scan represents the PNC that you will receive.
