You will notice that the part code on the silver label has been amended. The last two digits of the code that denotes the coil voltage was not correct and someone along the line edited the label with a indelible pen.
Please Note: AEG control equipment are no longer in production, we are not or ever have been an agent for AEG and we can not source new supplies for any other parts, apart from the items we have in stock, once they have gone they are gone and can not be replaced.
When buying to replace old faulty parts it's very important to check the Silver label on the top face of the contactor/relay. The reference code for the item being replaced is at the top of the label, please compare that code with our listed item. Also, to the left of the Silver label on a small square is the coil details (usually in green print), it's very important to get the same coil type as the equipment your replacing.

Returns:- If you wish to return your item please notify us by email or letter of your intention to cancel within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order before returning any goods. Verbal instruction is not accepted
Returns MUST be:
• Unused and in the original condition. It must also be in the original box/packaging along with screws, all parts and instructions supplied. We cannot accept any other items as a substitute.
• Care must be taken with the packaging of returned goods. Please do not apply tape to the boxes the goods were supplied in.
• If damage is found on returned goods, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
We can only accept the original goods in their original condition. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement as a result of unnecessary handling on your part. We reserve the right not to accept the return.
We are not responsible for any loss of goods or damage during transit whilst being returned to us.
