We mainly use our own stock photos so the picture on the listing may not be the actual listed item, but will be a match.

The picture/s on the listing is only a guide! The seller does not accept responsibility for a buyers perceived differences in colour from the actual item received.

Please be aware that when trying to match finishes on old or obsolete items, not all manufacturers are the same. Some manufacturers will change their finish/design when they update a product and the new product's finish/design could be slightly or very different.

On rare occasions we may, during cleaning and final inspection, that an item is found damaged after the sale is made. If this was the last in stock and we have an alternative item we will inform the buyer and send the alternative one out.

It is recommended that this item and all my other electrical items are installed by a qualified electrician or competent person.
The seller takes no responsibility for injury/damage to persons or property due to incorrect selection or installation of equipment.

Please note: We strongly advise you not to book tradespeople until your goods have arrived, have been checked and you're happy. We are not liable for any tradesperson's costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way due to delivery issues or problems with the item.

Please note Went Vale is not currently registered for VAT, so we are unable to provide VAT invoices. You may obtain all the necessary paperwork from your ‘My eBay’ purchase history section ‘View order details’.

Returns:- If you wish to return your item please notify us by email or letter of your intention to cancel within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order before returning any goods. Verbal instruction is not accepted

Returns MUST be:

• Unused and in the original condition. It must also be in the original box/packaging along with screws, all parts and instructions supplied. We cannot accept any other items as a substitute.

• Care must be taken with the packaging of returned goods. Please do not apply tape to the boxes the goods were supplied in.

• If damage is found on returned goods, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

We can only accept the original goods in their original condition. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement as a result of unnecessary handling on your part. We reserve the right not to accept the return.

We are not responsible for any loss of goods or damage during transit whilst being returned to us.
