Item appears to be used but still in great condition! I did test the remote and it lights up and seems functional. I did not test the boat itself, but it appears very clean in the battery compartment. The battery pack for the boat is not included and will need to be bought separately. I did NOT include a 9V battery for the remote. Selling as is.
