| Condition | These Bvlgari frames are brand new, however the ‘Bvlgari’ logo is fading slightly on both temples (see photos) and there is a loose part which slides back and forth on the left temple (see photos). These defects are all minor and cosmetic as they don’t affect the structural integrity of the frames. The loose part on the left temple could most likely be fixed with delicate gluing. Other than this they are in a perfect condition. The price has been reduced to reflect the defects. |

If you wish to return goods to Discounted Sunglasses please either use the eBay Returns process or notify us via the eBay messaging service within 14 days of receipt if the product is not suitable or there is a problem. Clients purchasing sunglasses as a gift can extend the notification period by emailing and requesting an extension code.
Simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise in resalable condition in its original packaging with all items that were shipped.

Do not damage the goods or the packaging where it forms part of the goods, remember you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Discounted Sunglasses reserves the right to refund you in full less compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss if we cannot repair.
For correctly supplied items return postage costs are not refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
