Condition Observations:   This torque wrench is in excellent working condition.   The ratcheting action works smoothly in both directions.  The ball holds sockets as it should.  There could be some minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of use, including surface scratches.  Generally very clean.  If it was used, it wasn't used much.  Please admire pictures.
