All items will be sent via Parcel Force, Royal Mail or DHL, please see the listing details to see how your item(s) will be sent.
If Parcel Force is being used for the following areas: Scottish Highlands (Postcodes HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3), UK Islands and Northern Ireland, there is a £9 surcharge for these areas which will be added on to your order during check out.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment, please note that our working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Orders placed over the weekend or during bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Postage can be combined on any number of items in any number of quantities for a maximum postage and packaging charge of £6.95, please note that if a surcharge is required for delivery location this will still apply.
We are a responsible retail company and where possible try to use recycled packaging materials. It is quite possible the outer packaging will display an entirely different product to the one you have ordered. If you feel that your postage charge is incorrect please contact us so we can adjust/refund your order where necessary.
We will only ship to the address on PayPal. If you require an alternative shipping address please make sure that you enter this during PayPal's checkout/confirmation section. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances. If you do require a change of address please contact us so we can stop the parcel being sent out. eBay regulations do not permit sending parcels to addresses which have not been confirmed by PayPal.
Parcels are usually delivered between 1-5 working days, however the Royal Mail have advised us we have to allow up to 14 working days for items being delivered by them. If you have not received your item after 14 working days please contact us.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time or date, this comes down to which company is delivering the parcel and where you are situated on the delivery route. Most items are delivered the next working day, we do not offer special/Saturday delivery.
In the event that you have been left a card from a courier or Royal Mail saying your parcel needs to be collected, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to collect it, this can usually be done by quoting the reference on the card and rescheduling a new delivery time. If you fail to collect the parcel we may need to charge you postage if it needs to be resent.
