This is a fabulous RARE Signed Elvie Zell Enamel New Old Stock Tuxedo Cat  Pin1 Handkerchief Pin Brooch. It has never been worn and comes from an old retail store. The sticker is till on it I did not touch it. There is a small nick on one ear, I am not sure if it was made this way. It measures 2" long and weighs 13.6g.
