Shipping: We take every precaution to ship your items in a safe and secure manner. We use packaging made with post-consumer materials when available. We also reuse and repurpose packaging materials (mailers, boxes, air pillows, peanuts, newspaper, etc.) to make the most out of their “single use” life. Any unique differences in shipping will be listed above in the item description. We often ship larger, new items in their original manufacturer box. Since these items will be shipped USPS and not on a pallet with other like items, we often add additional packaging protection to what the manufacturer already has inside the box. All liquids are shipped per USPS regulations, containers are taped over lids and bagged for storage and shipment to prevent spills. Any LTL freight shipment details will be discussed in the item description above. These items will most likely require seller-buyer communication prior to purchasing to discuss the specifics such as cost, BOL/paperwork, destination arrangements/abilities or needs, etc. If you would like a different shipping method and/or packaging (or just have questions) please message us before purchasing the item so the possible changes can be made.  

Return Policy: We accept domestic returns, for any reason, for up to 30 days after purchase. On some items we offer seller-paid or “Free Returns” and for other items, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, please see the listings details. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as originally sent, including all packaging materials, to qualify for a full refund. As per eBay policy, we may deduct up to 50% from the refund for items not returned properly. We do not refund any original shipping charges, ever. If the original sale included free shipping, then the actual shipping costs, paid by the seller, will be deducted from the refund...after all “free shipping” isn't really free. The only possibility of a full 100% refund is if the reason for the return/refund is a result of our gross negligence or error. Please read the store policies and listing details carefully.
