Offered here are a RARE Vintage Pair of Art Deco Modernist style 1937 Aluminium Metal Candlesticks .

These are extremely RARE and are Welsh . They were made by Aye - Dee - Cee Metals Co . In Cyfarthfa , Merthyr Tydfil , in South Wales in 1937 .

They are comprehensively stamped with these marks and date .

I cannot find any other decorative items made by this company , and to have them dated and stamped is extremely rare .

They measure 9 Centimetres across their diameter and just over 5 Centimetres high .

These are generally in good condition with some wear , please see photos .
