I have the right to insist on a return in lieu of a partial refund

Generally any item that is over one pound gets shipped in a flat rate, padded USPS envelope--it's generally the cheapest option

Returns are accepted, but you are responsible for sending the item back in the same condition it was received.  Once I receive your item you will be refunded
