This is SO cute!  Vintage early 60's Ucagco, Japan--it still has the mfg. sticker and original price sticker of $1.00!  No chips or repairs, although it does have a few paint rubs (mainly ear tips).  It has a unique "matte" finish on it, and is painted really well.  It measures about 6.5" tall, and is a planter/vase.  Feel free to look over the photos to see all of the details.
