I have owned this bag for a few years and only carry it a couple of times each year. It has always been stored in its dust bag. I always got compliments on my bag and it must be the beautiful braided top handle. It zips close at the top. Needs someone to admire the workmanship and love it! My measurements are approximate. Comes with authentication card and product card. Also has the original Chloe tag of purchase. It is Preowned so there are signs of wear. I have pictured the corners and there is a rub or 2 but not very noticeable. Just a beautiful crossbody. Crossbody strap is detachable! It has a lot of life left and needs to be used! I have a hard time parting with it!!
