OK folks! Here’s a mystery piece. It’s been in my collection for years and I have yet to find out who made it. Looks to be made in US.

Look at photos. It stands about 5-1/2 inches tall, has moving arms and head, a pot-belly and widely arched legs (for riding a horse). Some scuffs and dirt all over but no cracks or breaks.
