We use Australia Post’s regular service to get your Mini Hippo goodies to you.
It works like this: Once your order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours (on business days) unless otherwise notified. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is lodged with Australia Post.
These postage timeframes are a general guide on how long your order will take to arrive after it’s lodged. Take note, these times are in addition to our 72 hours processing time.
We refund any unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original condition (*cough* no little fingerprints and crumbs *cough*). Returns are approved at our discretion.
If the product is not in its original condition (damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we’re unable to accept it and it’ll be returned to you at your cost.
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, we also want to hear about it.

THE MINI HIPPO JOURNEY
Founded in Melbourne in 2009, Mini Hippo wasn’t born from a grand plan or big idea. Instead, Megan (now a mum of three) was shopping around for high quality products for her first born, but she quickly realised some of the best brands weren’t available in Australia.
With that, Mini Hippo was born — a brand created by parents, for parents. Soon after launching, Megan became the first business to bring leak-proof, bento-style lunch boxes to Australia and New Zealand. From there our range has grown.
Fast forward to today, our family-run business is at the forefront of lunch products. We’re scour the world to discover new brands, then bring them to Australia and New Zealand. Better yet, we personally test each product on our family before we recommend them to yours.
