F.B. ROGERS, ITALY SILVERPLATE CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS (CIRCA 1960s-1970s)

This rare 4-piece set of genuine F.B. Rogers Silver plate Christmas Ornaments were originally purchased in the early 1970s at the now defunct department store “Oh!rBachs” in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles, CA. The rosette and snowflake measure approximately 2" x 2" in, and the angel and tree measure approximately 2" x 3" in. 

CONDITION & DETAILS

The ornaments made of metal and are heavy. This has caused the outer cellophane wrapping to be torn open at the bottom of a couple of the packages, which has caused a couple of the ornaments to be loose inside the package. The outer packaging shows light wear from being stored in a drawer for many years. The silver plate ornaments show some natural oxidation, but are still shiny. They have never been polished and all show a nice, natural patina.
