Get Yours Repaired (Part Exchange Service): means the
customer will send us their part to be refurbished, sometimes we may send you
another part like it or refurbish their own part.
Direct Sale: means the customer pays for the part and will not send us their
part back.
Advanced Replacement Service: is
for the costumers who would like to receive the part quickly and pay for it as
in direct sale but will receive a refund of £30 when the old part is sent back
to us. When choosing this service please make sure your PCB is in reparable
order otherwise we may not refund any money. Feel free to contact us if
unsure.

our reconditioned Parts are subject to a standard components replacement and
full component and on appliance fully tests.

dispatching.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase please return the item in
its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The entire amount paid will
be refunded via Paypal. Any and all costs for postage returns will not be
refunded. Any damage caused to the manufacturer's packaging will result in
rejection of the return, this includes the manufacturer's seal being broken. Note: When
you return faulty parts costumer pays return postage. Please ensure whilst
buying, that the part you are buying is the correct one required, as we charge
a 20% restocking fee.
If
your item is faulty or you have received the incorrect product please contact
us immediately using the eBay messaging system
Please note that if the part you send us is cracked, water damaged
or burnt it cannot be refurbished. If it is Advanced part replacement we will
not refund the fee paid.
