This vintage purse is an exquisite piece, made in Japan with a unique design that features gold seashells, fish appliques, pearl bubbles, and a plastic cover. The purse is crafted from burlap/straw type material that has scattering of gold threads to add sparkle. Entire purse is encased in plastic and is in excellent condition. The handle is made of a strong rattan, also in excellent condition.

Inside is cloth lined and very clean. Simple tag inside says "Made in Japan" which dates this bag to either 50s or 60s.

This purse screams CRUISE or BEACH VACATION for sure!!
