Main star pendant on the silver chain holding 3 round pendants (2 silver and one black resin). Pointy silver pendant on the opposite end of the chain suppose to go few times through star pendant to close the necklace.

Used few times, in excellent condition.

Box. There is a tear on the side of the box (last photo), but it does not affect its functioning.
