Sad that Payless is no longer.  At least this cute little bag is still around.  Taken care of, it has an over the shoulder chain strap and 3 tiny pockets.  The latch is silver tone and in good working condition.   The holidays are upon us and this would be a great accessory...  Please see my photos and ask questions.

I pack well using recycled materials and usually ship on Friday.  And, I usually ship after payment has cleared my bank.
