Up for sale is this nice Shenandoah Valley painted yellow pine foot stool with cut out feet / apron and handmade nail construction. This is a very fine stool that retains a nice black chippy paint with wear consistent with age. I believe this stool is from Northern Virginia / Shenandoah Valley and retains a local motif in the center plank for the handle, very rare survivor. I believe this stool dates around 1880-1910 and survives in nice condition. Please see all photos, No P.O. Boxes unless requested prior to sale.
