land collecting and fire insurance agent,

Notary Public and Conveyancer,

 located in

 BOERNE , TEXAS

 during the year of 1898.   

According to this letter (or receipt, whatever you would like to call it), Graham was the guaradian to the estate of William Ludolf, J. H. Ludolf, Florence Ludolf and B. F. Ludolf.   

This letter may be signed by W. Ludolf.  This item is signed by a witness named August Ewald and and another witness named G. A. (Gustave Adolph) Schattenburg.  August Ewald was a county judge in Kendall County, Texas but, I am not sure during what time frame he was such.  I do know that he was a judge during 1899.

 Condition: It has normal letter folds,  is in very good condition with a few pinholes.

It is approximately 8 1/2" 11"  in size .
