Shipping and Handling
- We send all items via Courier, Australia Post or TNT, As part of this sale agreement we give all couriers used the authority to leave the item(s)
- If you are in disagreeance to these terms please contact us before purchasing.
- A physical address (not PO BOX) and phone number must be supplied for shipping.
Payment
- Payment must be made within 5 days of winning the auction.
- If payment is not made we reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder or relist the item.
- We accept PayPal, Direct Debit, Credit Card over the phone.
- When paying by Direct Debit please use your EBay username as a reference.
- A tax invoice is supplied with all items purchased.
Warranty and Returns
- Warranty Terms on Engines, Gearboxes, Transmissions and Transfer Cases are 3 Months or 5000k's Whichever occurs first, as per sheets attached to your invoice.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or does not match the description here.
- Please contact us first if there are any issues with the item.
- Are faulty or develop a fault within a reasonable period of time after purchase
- Aren't fit for purpose (i.e. they don't do what the seller said they would do)
- Don't match the seller's description or sample
- Are of unacceptable quality; or
