This is Scott #BK131, $1.00 Capitol and Flags booklet in mint excellent condition. The booklet was issued at the INTERPEX stamp show in New York City on March 11, 1977 and contains the first se-tenant stamps issued in booklet form. The booklet contains a single pane consisting of seven Scott #1623 13¢ stamps and one Scott #1590 9¢ stamp; the pane is Scott #1623a. The 9¢ stamp paid the postcard rate and the 13¢ stamp paid the first-class letter rate.
