Is there any quarantee for the purchased item?

Yes, we provide 3 months quarantee on all items. If you need to claim your quarantee, please get in contact with us.

Do you supply any PIN or SECURITY codes for Radio/Navigation or Opel ECU's/modules?

No, we dont supply these unlock codes. Our Opel products hasn't been reset. So keep in mind that these items will not be plug & play and there may be extra costs involved to getting them somewhere else.

Can I return my purchases?

Yes, the buyer has the right to request return within 14 days after receiving the item. Item must be returned in the same original condition, and with all the components ant parts in tact. If item you purchased does not fit or you changed your mind, you will be responsible for return postage, but after returning it, you will receive full refund including original postage.

How long takes shipping?

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive the payment. We always provide tracking numbers (DHL or UPS). So keep an eye on the tracking to follow your order. The delivery time in Europe countries is 2-10 business days. If you haven't recieved the item within 20 days, please contact us and we will help to trace your order.

Can you ship outside Europe?

Yes. If your country is not listed, please contact us for the possibilities.

Can you combine multiple items in 1 package to save shipping costs?

Yes, most of the times we can. Just let us know which items you want to buy, and we will take of the rest.

How can I pay?

We only accept eBay supported payment methods. Orders must be paid within 5 days, otherwise we will cancel the order.
