Delivery Areas and Charges
We deliver to UK Mainland only. Standard delivery to Green Zone only. Surcharge payable for delivery to Red Zone. Additional delivery charges apply for deliveries to some postcodes in Northern Scotland including IV, KW, AB, DD, PH, PA. We are unable to make deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands due to high costs. Delivery charges are specified on the listing. We can offer combined shipping discount for 2 or more items.
Onward shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Timescale
We offer a mixture of in stock fast delivery furniture and items available on longer lead times. Exact delivery times are stated on the listing at the time of purchase.
On the Day of the Delivery
Small to Medium Sized Furniture
Small to medium sized furniture items are delivered using DHL or XDP couriers. Customers receive email dispatch notification on the day of dispatch and can follow a link to track the item. Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next working day.
Furniture Sets – Bulky Items
Furniture sets or large bulky items are delivered on pallets.
Palletised goods are delivered to the building door / curb side only.
Courier cannot un palletise, bring boxes inside or take goods upstairs. Please ensure that person receiving palletised delivery can offload and move goods if required.
Every listing specifies what type of delivery is applicable. Palletised delivery is an all-day delivery service (9am-6pm working days only) and the day of delivery is always confirmed with the customer prior to delivery.
Courier will call customer 30 min prior to delivery on the day of delivery.
Re delivery charge will be imposed by the courier if customer is not present on the agreed delivery date. Customer will be responsible for the cost of failed delivery.
Pallet will be delivered/wheeled to the safest convenient reachable location. Pallet trucks cannot be used on gravelled surface. Delivery drivers are not able to carry goods in and all transportation of your goods is entirely carried out at couriers risk and discretion. PLEASE NOTE this also covers flats which are not located on the ground floor.
Drivers are unaccompanied; they will not move or take away any existing goods or property. Our delivery service does not include assembly or installation of the goods.

Aztek offers palletised courier service for large bulky items or furniture sets. We require your valid contact number. We will confirm the exact delivery date prior to delivery. Re delivery charge will be imposed by the courier if customer is not present on the agreed delivery date. Palletised goods are delivered to the building door / curb side only. Driver cannot un palletise, bring boxes inside or take goods upstairs. Please ensure that the person receiving palletised delivery can offload and move goods if required.
Acceptance of the products
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Products 30 days after delivery to the Buyer. After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Products which are not in accordance with the contract

- Please note we are unable to change your delivery address as your purchase is only covered if dispatched to a Confirmed address (address that is provided at the time of order).
In the unlikely event that you do wish to return your goods please contact our customer services team for assistance. We will endeavor to make this process for you as hassle free as possible.
Returns Policy
Standard returns policy allows customers to return goods within 30 days from receipt of goods.
We CAN NOT accept reclamation or returns of assembled/part assembled goods. Please check all parts prior to assembling the product.
Returned Goods must be in original packaging and new sellable condition.
In the event of incorrectly measuring available space or changing their mind Buyer is responsible for return delivery charges and we recommend using Parcel Monkey delivery comparison website service for booking your return.
If you are considering returning your item, please make such decision prior to assembly of goods while they are in their original packaging.
