The two cards with colorful coat of arms and 2 values were issued in 1939 on the occasion of the first National Stamp Day and to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg's independence.  One 10c + 5c Sigismund (Sc. B92) and a 10c GD Charlotte Sc 160 were cancelled April 23, 1939 with a special Journee du Timbre cancel.

Remnant of a hinge on the smaller card.  Minor scuff marks on the back.
