Really nice old watch tips hallmarked "A Vanderver" for Anita Vanderver, Navajo.  Anita has been active from the 1970's so these watch tips are most likely from that time period.  This information is in the "Little Book of Marks on Southwestern Silver" by Bille Hougart.

The tips are marked "Sterling" and "1/20 12K GF".  The gold layer is12 kt, the minimum layer of karat gold in an item stamped "GF" must equal at least 1⁄20th the total weight of the item.  The design is very nicely balanced with central leaves surrounded by tendrils and rain drops.  The tips have been hand polished with a soft cloth.  Sterling will polish to a beautiful shine time after time, that is the beauty of sterling.  The watch face is a vintage 2 jewel Seiko and has a a new battery. I bet Anita choose this watch face to put on this watch it's so perfect.  The band is a new gold tone stretch band.  Neither the face nor the band are sterling silver nor Native American made.  They are included with the tips as a convenience to you so you can wear the watch right away.
Never out of style, Southwest jewelry is an investment in enjoyment to last a lifetime.
