Vintage SPARX-PLUG Fishing Lure with Original Box and Paper Insert Seattle, WA

Offered is a Vintage SparX-Plug Fishing Lure with Original Box and Paper Insert from  Seattle, WA. The only issue is, the rubber hook protecters stuck to the white part of the body and took a little paint off when I pulled them apart. There are two marks on opposite sides of the lure.
