What we have here is an antique smoking pipe made with meerschaun amber and silver which is housed in a BBB 'Britains Best Briers' stamped leather and plush blue velvet lined case. Moreover, while dating back to the turn of 1900's or even earlier this pipe features the bust of a pretty woman with flowing shoulder length hair while on the shaft there's a silver barrell that's inscribed with the name and rank of Serg.t Major G.D.Hall and the makers stamp JT&S which represents John Thompson and sons. In addition this pipe has what looks like an amber mouthpiece.

As for the cosmetic condition this pipe has been well used and heavily smoked and is very good condition with age and use related signs of discolouration to head. In addition there has been what looks like a repair with some kind of resin or glue and I am unaware of wheather the pipe is usable or need cleaning ot further repair. Therefore I'd describe it as 7/10 and It's being sold as described for a specialist enthusiast or collector of such items. Comes in a leather case with a push button locking mechanism.

Pipe Measures 13 cms (L) x 3 cms wide. Hole measures 12 mm.

This item will be well packed to insure it arrives to you in as described condition.
