 I found this Iron on T-shirt heat transfer amongst a treasure trove of vintage tees and iron ons in a dilapidated warehouse in New Jersey back in the early nineties. 

I recommend using a professional commercial heat press.  This is the only way to get that high heat and even pressure these vintage transfers need.  If you do not own a heat press than I recommend going to your local t-shirt shop and having this put on a tee by a professional using a professional commercial t-shirt heat press machine. Or better still, save it in its original iconic form.
