The number 507 has been used on the side of the car (pictured on fob) since 1893 & served on Sacramento-Clay line until the 1906 earthquake & fire happened. Then it moved to Powell St after in the year 1956 being rebuilt by Muni. Maybe this key tag was made for the official relaunch? In very small letters it says minicana under "cable car", but nothing in my search as to what that could be.
