They say about 90% of the minerals that fluoresce, will do so only under shortwave UV. That's where the Midnight Minerals M1 255nm UVC Flashlight shines! Here are some specs on the light:

• 80mW radiant output in focused spot beam. I say it's about equivalent to a 9W bulb's flood beam. Beware of those advertising 100+mW. This flashlight is built using the latest LEDs from the same Korean manufacturer as everybody else. Those that claim 100+mW are actually using chips from 1-2 generations ago and somehow get more efficiency than the actual manufacturer... In other words, they're fake numbers coming from a Chinese manufacturer. 
• Electrical wattage is 4W.
