I am 6' 3" and about 185 pounds lean athletic slim muscular build and size small fits me well with enough room for a light sweater. I like my jackets to fit snug. This is a relaxed wide fit with no bottom hem adjustment. That is the style of the jacket, so if you are looking for a slim fit style you might get away with sizing down 1-2 full sizes.
