Das Dekor Ming-Drache entstand bereits um 1740 und gehört zu den ältesten Dekoren der Meissener Manufaktur.
Der Ming Drache tauchte dem Namen geschuldet vermehrt während der Ming Dynastie in Erscheinung und bedeutet in der chinesischen Mythologie die übernatürliche Weisheit, den Geist der Veränderung, aber auch den Rhytmus der Natur und die Lehre vom Werden. Er steht für Sonne, Licht und die männliche Kraft des Yang. Die typissche Darstellung des Drachen mit vier Zehen war im alten China ausschließlich kaiserlichen Prinzen vorbehalten.
Der Versand erfolgt unter großer Sorgfalt in einem stabilen, stark überdimensionierten Karton (im Karton), möglichst sicher verpackt via DHL unter Verwendung von Luftpolsterfolie und Styroporflocken / Chips zur sicheren Fixierung. Dieses Stück ist für den Versand problemlos geeignet.
