NOTE - I know very little about cell phones so that is why I am selling as parts only.  Phone is in good cosmetic condition.  No cracks or scratches on screen.  Cosmetically, it looks great.  I plugged it in to charge it.  It charged to 100% then disconnected cord (not included).  The next day it said 94%.  I don't know if  it is locked or not.
