You are looking at the brand new promo release of the game Dissidia Final Fantasy by Square Enix for the Sony PSP console. It contains the full game and is one of only 500 that were made and states ‘Promo Only – Not For Resale’ on top of the inlay and on the UMD disc itself as you can see. The game is brand new, in mint condition and has never been played.

For the unaware, promo versions of games are issued in small numbers directly by the publishers to retailers and reviewers slightly ahead of the official release of the game in the actual shops. They are the full game and the contents of the disc itself is identical to the one you would find in any shop. Promo games are thought only to be printed in batches of 500, which can make them a target for collectors of particular titles. They do not come with separate manuals or cases, but instructions are usually found in-game.
