Motorola H710 Bluetooth headset with boom in original packaging with all inserts and OEM charger

When plugged in, the red light is solid and indicates that it is charging before moving to the green light to indicate that it is charged. However, when the headset is removed from the charger it does not appear to have held the charge, thus this item is being listed as for parts or otherwise not working.
