Hi and welcome to the Barnabas factor. This is for an original free front cover dated 1st January 1831 which is about 192 years old. It was written by C.D.W. Sibthorpe MP and was sent to someone who looks to be of the surname Bingham to an address in Bath which may be 24 Barton(?) Building. C.D.W. Sibthorp,1783 to 1855, was the son of Humphrey Sibthorp, later Waldo Sibthorp. You can read about him at this link : https://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/search/node/sibthorp%20mp He was a Colonel of the South Lincoln Militia and served with the 4th Dragoons in the Peninsular war. There are various light pencil notes about the cover to the back which can be rubbed out if desired. A little scattered marking. A few mounting signs to the back corners. The postmark looks a bit faded. The word 'Lincoln 1831' written to the back which may be removable if desired. Have many items to list. Please see the vintage listed fishing items including lures.
