This is a 1999 Edition Dresden Small Tour Basket from Longaberger. This basket comes with the floral liner and plastic protector, item 45802. The flowers on the liner are either lilacs or hydrangeas, I think. See photo above. I also have two of these from the year 2000 listed separately.
