Selling this for parts or as is. Items are in cosmetically in excellent condition. The unit has a little bit of adhesive residue from a sticker being removed. (but that can easily be removed). I'm not sure what's the issue with this unit. I follow the instructions, but it displays "1". Sometimes the percentage number will change and jump around in value.
