Important Delivery Information:

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the package is received. With the rise in online shopping, delivery drivers are handling many orders and may leave your package in a safe spot or at the front door if no specific instructions are provided.

For most small parcels, I primarily use Evri and Yodel, unless you request a different courier. Letters are usually sent via Royal Mail. I recommend checking the tracking number through the app or website and making sure there are arrangements in place, such as a safe spot, a trusted neighbor, or selecting a different delivery day when you know you'll be home.

Please also remember that sometimes we may not hear the doorbell, so it's a good idea to have alternative delivery options ready.
