This is a large 3" button for the second version of the Empress Lilly restaurant re-christened Fulton's Crab House in 1996. The restaurant closed in 2016 and reopened with a modern look as Paddlefish in 2017. No ties to Disney remain. 

I am also listing a button from the Empress Lilly era, see last photo, not included here. The backstory for the restaurant with that listing follows: 

From a bygone era (1976-1995) attempting to duplicate a bygone era (Mark Twain's Mississippi River) this Disney Pin originated with the Empress Lilly "riverboat" at Downtown Disney in Orlando. Completed in 1976 and christened by Walt's widow Lillian for whom she was named, the restaurant hosted the first Disney Character Breakfasts. The Disney companies sold use of the structure to an outside operator in 1995, "ending the steamboat's ride". The rusting and rotting smoke stacks and paddle wheel were removed and not replaced. 

Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age.

If Free Shipping is offered it will be by the cheapest method possible, for books that will be Media Mail. If Buyer is at all concerned about the time it takes for delivery, please consider the option of paying extra for Priority Mail.
