How to find the watch number guide:
  1. There are two ways in locating the watch number.The watch number is inscribed on the back of the watch case. It is usually in XXXX-YYYY format.
  2. The watch number is also inscribed on the back of the watch movement. To access your watch movement, you will have to open your watch case. The number is usually a 4 or 5 digits long. Reading this number may require a magnifier.
Installation Guide:
  • Refer to the manual for your watch. If you can't find it, check the manufacturer's website.
  • Open up your watch case to access the watch movement.
  • Take note of the positioning of how the old capacitor is installed and install the new capacitor the same way.
  • Close up your watch case and make sure the gasket is also properly installed.
  • Recharge your watch
  • For Kinetic watches : 
    — The watch rotor in your watch movement needs to be rotated about 400 revolutions to store enough power. Wear your watch and walk about 1720 meters (0.5 miles) or until the watch starts operating normally again.
  • For Solar watches :
    — Place the watch in direct, strong sunlight or under a strong fluorescent light at a distance of about 20 cm or 8 inches until the watch starts operating normally again.

Received Wrong Item/Not as Described

In case you received a damaged item, which might have been caused by shipping, please send us photos of the received item along with its packaging (showing the label on the package) for us to check and report immediately to our shipping department so they can take further action.

Defective/Incompatible
— We get our items in bulk so there is a little chance that some would be defective. We require you to send us photo/s of the item received and also your original item (for incompatibility issues) so we can compare the items and conduct necessary actions. If you feel like you need to return an item, please let us know the REASON so that we can provide RMA instructions.
