I bought this long box game exactly how you see it, I personally think the previous owner applied some type of glue to the box to keep the art attached to the box, cosmetically it has several places that make it look a little bad but it's understandable. It's a little bad because the art is completely exposed.  Do not rule out that the art that covers the box may continue to peel off over time.  I took several photos to try to be as specific with the condition but if you need more just let me know.

All used video games may have superficial marks such as some scratches, however all games are previously tested and inspected to avoid problems during the course of the game.  Another thing to note is that the stickers from GameStop or some other store from which these games were originally sold are still there or some residue of the stickers, some games (not all for time reasons) I remove the stickers and clean them with Goo Gone in case you notice an unusual smell.
