• Orders placed before 2pm, Monday - Friday, will be dispatched the same working day.
• Next working day UK mainland delivery is provided by UPS.
• International shipping is available; please contact us beforehand for delivery prices.
• Although we make every effort to package items so they are delivered in the best possible condition, occasional loss or damage during postage is out of our control. If you have not received your order within the estimated timescale or if there is any damage, please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly and easily.

Returns Policy

We aim to provide a 5-star service with every purchase. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can address any issues you may have encountered. You can return a product up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Return postage will need to be paid by the buyer, but we will do our best to resolve any issues within 1-2 working days.
