We take extra precautions by packaging your watch discreetly using multiple layers and sending it overnight to minimize the time it's in transit. Every step of the journey is fully insured. We believe this level of meticulousness should be the norm, and we provide it at no additional cost.

Timepiece Vault offers a refund guarantee within the initial 30 days of delivery, as long as the security tag is still attached to the item being returned. There is a return shipping fee for all returns. The item should be sent back in the same condition it was received, along with all accompanying accessories like books, boxes, etc. These accessories must be returned undamaged and intact. For new or never-worn watches, original factory seals, tags, and other components must also be intact. There might be a 17% restocking fee for new/never-worn watches. Refunds will have return fees deducted.

Please note that if any of the following actions are carried out by Timepiece Vault, the return and potential refund will not be possible:

• Removing the security tag
• Missing accessories
• Making modifications
• Performing alterations
• Causing damage
• Resizing
• Showing signs of "Wear and Tear"

If Timepiece Vault accepts a return that has been voided due to these actions, any costs associated with the return will be subtracted from the refund. This includes expenses related to shipping, repairs, services, and replacement parts needed due to the return of the item.
