Customize Order / Made-to-Measure:

We have out-classed manufacturing team and they take pride to manufacture made-to-measure orders to our customer with a additional cost of £15-25 depending on design and size requirements. We require comprehensive details of the custom order which are as mentioned below:

1- Chest Size
2- Waist Size
3- Sleeves Size
4- Shoulder Size

Please make sure that you have given the right size as customize order is non exchangeable and non refundable. If you are facing some issues or need any help please contact us and our customer services team will help you.

Note: We do custom orders with complete coordination with buyer. Custom orders are handled separately from our normal sizing patterns. We only design custom order on buyer request. All our custom order are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.

Shipment Policy:

Please note that our shipment & delivery cycle will take 7-10 days as it’s a Pre -sale item. If your required size is not available in our UK stock it will be shipped from our overseas factory based in Asia. Customs charges if applicable will be paid by the buyer.                           

Note: All international order are subject to customs according to the country laws, if your country impose custom charges on leather goods, those things are beyond our control. Buyer is responsible to pay their border or country leather good customs.

Exchange & Returns Policy:

We have 30 days return policy from the date of receiving the item. Buyers please make sure that you select the right size from the above mentioned size chart.  If you have any confusion please contact us before buying the product so that we can guide you about the right size. If your size is not available in the above size chart then contact us via email for customize order. Please note that return postage will be paid by the buyer in case of return or exchange.
